1、 When laying cables vertically within the cable tray, pay attention to laying the upper end every 1.50-2m; When laying horizontally, every cable neck, tail end, turn, and 5-10m. When group 0 is on parallel equipment at the same height, protection and maintenance intervals should be considered between adjacent 0. When using horizontal equipment, the ground clearance should generally not be less than 2.50m. When installing vertical equipment, a metal sleeve should be used to protect the area 1.80m below the ground, and when installed in electrical dedicated rooms (distribution rooms, electrical shafts, technical floors, etc.), it should be placed outside. For level 0 equipment, it is advisable to use load curve release support. The span is usually 1.5-3m, and a large-span bridge of 8m can also be made. In addition, when laying vertically, the spacing between fixed points shall not exceed 2 meters. Cable can be laid without spacing, and the cable filling rate in the cross section of the bridge should not exceed 40% for power cables; Please control the cable below half. If 0 is parallel or intersecting with various pipelines, its small clear distance should comply with relevant national regulations.

2、 Any abnormal cables or voltages shall not be laid on the same layer of cable tray. For example, cables with abnormal voltages above 1kV and below 1kV, dual power cables supplying power to a load through the same path, cables for abnormal purposes, emergency lighting and other lighting cables, or strong and weak current cables shall not be laid on the same layer of bridge. If they are limited by conditions and installed on the same layer of bridge, they should be isolated with partitions.

3、 When selecting cable wiring indoors, the cable should not have an outer protective layer of jute or other flammable materials; When using cable wiring in areas with corrosion or rare moisture, corresponding protective methods should be adopted according to the abnormal situation of the corrosive medium. When using corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized cable trays, plastic sheathed cables should be used. Do not install above corrosive gas piping and hot piping, or below corrosive liquid piping. When conditions are limited, be sure to use anti-corrosion and insulation methods.
