Cable protective conduit is a new type of conduit material widely used in power engineering. With the rapid development of buried power cable laying engineering, higher requirements are put forward for cable sleeves. Cable protective sleeves are made of polyethylene PE and high-quality steel pipes through sandblasting, shot blasting, impregnation or coating, and heating and curing processes. It is a commonly used electrical insulation tube for protecting wires and cables. Protecting cables and ensuring safe electricity use, new types of cable protective sleeves have been developed, which can also save resources more.

And cable trays, also known as cable tray boxes (referred to as trays), are used in factories or buildings where there are more cables. The cables coming out of the distribution room should be placed inside the cable trays, which serve to protect the cables. Cable tray is a cable laying device that standardizes, serializes, and generalizes the laying of wires, cables, and conduit cables.

Its types include slot type cable tray, a fully enclosed cable tray, which is suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables, and other highly sensitive control cables. It has good shielding interference and cable protection in heavily corrosive environments. Tray type cable tray has the advantages of light weight, large load capacity, beautiful appearance, simple structure, and convenient installation. It is suitable for both the installation of power cables and the laying of control cables. Cascade cable tray is suitable for laying general straight light large cables, especially for laying high and low power cables. So what are the functions and classifications of cable protection pipes and cable trays? Below, this article will briefly explain to you. After reading the article, I hope it can deepen the understanding of cable protection pipes and cable trays for electrical personnel.
