When installing cable trays horizontally, the distance between supports and hangers should be suitable between 1.5 to 2 meters. The distance between supports and hangers at turns should be between 0.3 to 0.6 meters. When installing cable trays vertically, the distance between supports and hangers should not exceed 2 meters. Below, the editor from Jinan Hangfeng Industry will introduce the relevant content on the spacing requirements for installing cable trays.

When the cable tray is laid parallel to the general process pipeline, the laying interval should be at least 400 millimeters. When cross laid with the process pipeline, the installation interval should be at least 300 millimeters. The parallel spacing between the cable tray and the corrosive gas pipeline should be at least 500 millimeters, and the cross spacing should be at least 500 millimeters. When installing cable trays horizontally, the spacing between supports and hangers should be selected according to the load specifications, and the optimal distance should not exceed 2 meters. The spacing between cable tray supports and hangers should also be set according to the product performance parameter specifications.

When installing single-layer cable trays, the spacing between supporting brackets should not exceed 2 meters. When laying multiple layers of cable trays simultaneously, the distance between brackets should be calculated specifically based on the load. When cable trays are horizontally laid with uninsulated thermal pipelines, the parallel spacing should be at least 1 meter, and the minimum spacing when cross laid should be 0.5 meters. When cable trays are cross laid with insulated thermal pipelines, the minimum distance is 300 millimeters, and when horizontally laid, the distance is at least 500 millimeters.
