Cable tray manufacturers believe that when selecting cable trays, there are some key considerations to consider based on different requirements and environmental characteristics.

Firstly, when it is necessary to shield electrical interference or external environmental influences (such as corrosive liquids, flammable dust, etc.), it is appropriate to choose a covered (FB) type slot type composite anti-corrosion shielded cable tray to provide better protection. Similarly, in highly corrosive environments, it is recommended to use (F) class composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable trays, brackets, and brackets to extend their service life. Especially in outdoor environments that are prone to dust accumulation or require coverage, adding covers can help protect the bridge and its accessories.

In addition, according to the on-site environment and technical requirements, tray type, trough type, stepped type, glass anti-corrosion flame-retardant cable tray or steel ordinary type cable tray can be selected. It is recommended to add padding or use pallets at the bottom of the bottom steps in public passages or outdoor crossing road sections. For situations with large spans (>3m), it is advisable to choose composite cable trays (FB), and the selection of composite epoxy resin cable trays (F) should be considered in outdoor environments.

In the design of cable tray systems, reliable electrical connections and grounding must be ensured, especially for metal trays. For the case of forming a grounding main circuit, the connection resistance between the ends should be controlled within the specified range, and the insulation coating of the grounding hole should be cleaned. In addition, in neutral point directly grounded systems below 1KV, it is necessary to connect the grounding of the receiving equipment and the grounding of the system neutral line. If there is a power cut-off device, the metal cross-sectional area of the bridge should meet the regulations. In addition, in vibration areas, spring coils should be installed at the connection of the grounding part to ensure a secure connection.
