A cable tray is a bracket that supports and holds cables. Cable trays are commonly used in engineering, as long as cables are laid, cable trays must be used.

Cable trays are divided into trough cable trays, tray cable trays, ladder cable trays, grid cable trays, and other structures; Composed of brackets, support arms, and installation accessories.

As a supporting project of wiring engineering, there is currently no specialized specification guidance for cable trays, and the specifications and programs of each manufacturer lack universality. Therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and quantity of cables in various weak current systems, and the appropriate cable tray should be selected reasonably.

It can be independently erected or laid on various buildings and pipe gallery supports, reflecting the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration, and easy maintenance. All parts need to be galvanized and installed on the bridge outside the building. If it is near the seaside or in a corrosive area, the material must have physical properties such as anti-corrosion, moisture resistance, good adhesion, and high impact strength.

Cable tray is a rigid structural system consisting of straight sections, bends, components, as well as support arms (arm brackets), hangers, etc. of trays or ladders that tightly support cables.

It is an authoritative technical reference for design selection and transaction guarantee; Cable raw materials, cable accessories, cable equipment, cable trays, cable reels, construction tools, cable connectors, etc.

Cable tray is a product derived from protecting cables, serving as a protective shell for cables to prevent damage from external factors. It mainly consists of brackets, support arms, and installation accessories. The main types of cable trays can be divided into ladder type cable trays, non perforated tray type cable trays (trough type cable trays), perforated tray type cable trays (tray type cable trays), large-span cable trays, etc.

Slotted cable tray

Trough type cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray. The difference between a trough type component made by bending a whole steel plate and a tray is the height to width ratio. The tray is shallow and wide, while the trough type cable tray has a certain depth and enclosure.

Tray type cable tray

The tray type bridge is a semi sealed type, which looks very similar to the galvanized trough type bridge.

The surface treatment of tray type cable trays can be divided into three types according to user needs: galvanizing, electrostatic spraying, and hot-dip galvanizing. Special anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out in heavily corrosive environments.

Ladder type cable tray

The ladder type cable tray has a ladder shaped appearance, with a horizontal bar welded in the middle to reinforce and support it, making it lightweight, low-cost, highly load-bearing, and breathable;

The CQ1-T stepped cable tray has been improved and designed based on relevant domestic and foreign data.

Large span cable tray

Large span cable trays are generally assembled from extruded fiberglass profiles and are suitable for power cables, control cables, lighting cables, and accessories.

Cable trays can be classified by material: galvanized trays, stainless steel trays, aluminum alloy trays, fireproof trays, spray painted trays, and hot-dip galvanized trays.
