First, understand the composition, layout, and design of Jinan cable trays, and then select the appropriate Jinan cable tray for installation.

Cable trays and columns are the two main components of cable tray installation. In bridge construction, the first step is to weld the columns. The length, direction, and welding position of the column need to be determined. After the columns are arranged, the entire bridge will form a prototype. When installing cable trays, columns can be added according to the connection and construction specifications of the trays.

The installation of cable trays in Jinan requires determining the quantity and spacing of cable trays, the specifications of cable trays, and the connection form of trays. Meanwhile, in metallurgical engineering construction, the construction of cable trays can be divided into electrical room and cable tunnel sections. The layout of cable trays in the electrical room is relatively complex, as many systems have been designed and different considerations have been given to the two installation locations.

The design of Jinan fireproof cable tray is a systematic project. We should consider the overall situation, grasp the electrical system of the entire project, and consider the layout of cable trays from the perspective of the circuit design of the entire electrical system. Therefore, in order to optimize the design of cable bridge racks reasonably, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the entire electrical high-voltage system, low-voltage power system, variable frequency drive system, automatic control system, etc.

Jinan fireproof cable trays are layered according to cable voltage levels, and the layout and installation of each layer of trays are arranged from top to bottom according to voltage levels. This arrangement not only reduces electromagnetic interference to cables, but also helps to cool power cables and facilitate the installation of large cross-sectional cables.

The laying of cable trays in Jinan first checks the layout of the high-voltage cable layer, so the high-voltage power supply and distribution system is relatively simple. According to the high-voltage distribution system of the present invention, the source and walking path of the high-voltage cable are determined, thereby determining the walking path of the high-voltage cable layer of the cable tray. The specifications and number of layers of high-voltage cable trays can be determined based on the tray space occupied by high-voltage cables. Three core high-voltage cables can only be laid in a single layer and cannot be laid in layers. Single core high-voltage cables can only be laid in one layer at a time. A certain distance should be maintained between cables to ensure heat dissipation. After the high-voltage cable tray is determined, the distribution mechanism is determined based on the construction process on site, the size and quantity of required cables are estimated, and the direction and level of the tray are determined.
