1, cable bridge construction, must make sure the direction, each device should be convenient maintenance, so as to avoid failure, can not repair, cause greater harm.

2, before installing, you need to check the appearance of the stainless steel cable tray, see if the surface is smooth and smooth, do not paint off, and see whether the welding between the steel is firm or not.

3, the installation of the bridge, whether it is fixed or suspended, must be optimistic about the connection between the various components, is not tight, can not be loose phenomenon, to ensure safety in construction.

4, the installation of cable tray to determine the specific location, at the same time, each layer must be left between the distance, can guarantee the normal cooling and maintenance at the same time, if there are other parallel pipeline, to ensure that the provisions of the distance, to avoid mutual interference.

The surface of the cable tray of hot galvanized steel wire should be even, without excessive burning, hanging dust or local galvanization. Electrostatic spray should be flat, smooth, uniform, no peeling, no bubble, blister tray itself should be smooth, without distortion, the wall should be smooth, no burr bridge weld surface should be uniform, no leakage of welding, crack, burn and other defects.

When the bridge is horizontally laid, the distance from the ground should not be less than 2.5m. When the bridge is covered with multiple layers, the distance between the bridge layers should be kept a certain distance for the purpose of heat dissipation, maintenance and interference prevention. The bridge spacing shall be in line with the relevant provisions when parallel with all kinds of pipelines.
