1, according to the bus slot diagram, starting from the end (or the entrance of the electrical shaft) upward, forward installation. The curve bus groove is selected according to its position in the assembly of the plug-in busbar, and the L horizontal bend is applied to the flat horizontal installation turn. It is also applied to the vertical installation and lateral horizontal installation.

2, according to the bus slot arrangement diagram, each bus slot, plug switch box, into the line box shipped to the installation site. Before installation, the insulation resistance of the bus slot shall be measured by pitch, and the resistance value shall not be less than 20M. The fixed distance of the bus groove shall not be greater than 2.5m, and the horizontal laying distance shall not be less than 2.2m. The housings of each busbar slot shall be removable and there is a jumper wire between the housings. Both ends shall be grounded reliably. The end of the bus groove shall be equipped with a closed cover.

3, closed busbar vertical installation, along the walls or columns, should do the fixed bracket, the roof should be installed over the shock protection device, and waterproof, waterproof should be a civil in the pouring of concrete into, height 50mm width 80mm, concrete strength is not less than C20.

4, L application and installation of lateral elbow turn, also applies to the installation of vertical and horizontal installation between excessive turning T vertical elbow application and laterally arranged, but also between the application and the installation of vertical and horizontal installation over Z type horizontal elbow used in busbar recumbent turn, Z vertical elbow application in the busbar installation side turn, transformer bus slot used in large capacity bus slot to small capacity bus slot over.

　　5. The enclosed bus groove shall be installed vertically. The protection measures should be adopted below the ground 1.8m, except for the electric shaft, the power distribution room, the motor room, the equipment layer and so on. Closed type bus trough through the firewall, fire floor, fire isolation measures should be taken.

Connect the busbar and busbar section head insert another head to insulation board supporting in busbar and busbar lateral pad, and then put on the insulation of bolts and flat washers, spring washers, and screw nut.
