Ji'nan cable bridge installation shield is to play a protective role, reduce the corrosion of some of the material in the air to the bridge, prolong the bridge life.

If a large span cable bridge is installed outdoors, it must be on the last floor, that is, the top layer, plus a protective cover.

When installing a large span cable tray, if the air filter or some holes are installed, the cable bridge at the top should be fully protected.

If a large span cable bridge is installed in an environment which is easy to be affected by external factors and damaged, it is necessary to add a protective cover to ensure that it will not be damaged.

Fourth, if it is installed in the construction site and other dust excessive places, also need to install a large span cable bridge shield, so as not to be dust invasion.

Apart from the need to install protective cover, in order to ensure the large span cable bridge can play the most effective, in wiring also need to pay attention to.

If the installation site is corrosive or very humid environment, then the wiring must be based on the different corrosive media to take appropriate protective measures.

Second, if several groups of cable bridge are installed at the same height at the same time, it is necessary to consider the maintenance and repair distance between the cable trays of each group.

　　(3) in the long span cable bridge, the cable can be laid without distance; the cross section filling ratio of the power cable in the bridge should be below 40%, while the control cable should be less than half of the cross sectional area of the bridge.

When the installation of large span cable tray is not installed in the upper part of the corrosive gas pipeline and heating pipelines, under corrosive liquids pipeline cannot be directly installed cable tray, so it must be if it should do the protection and insulation measures.
