According to the filling rate of strong and weak electricity selection, the selection of the width and height of the bridge should be in accordance with the requirement of filling rate. The filling rate of the cable ladder is in general condition, the power cable is 40% to 50%, the control cable is 50% ~ 70%, and the development margin of 10% to 25% should be reserved.

The load grade is greater than the budget grade. When choosing the load grade of the ladder type cable bridge, the uniform load of the bridge should not be larger than the rated uniform load of the load grade of the selected bridge. If the actual span of the bridge hanger is not equal to 2m, the uniform load should be full.

A large span bridge should be verified that the strength, stiffness and stability of a steel bridge with a span of greater than 6m and an aluminum alloy bridge with a span greater than 2m or a load-carrying requirement of D higher than the load level should be calculated or tested.

If there are fire protection requirements, the bridge can be added to the ladder and tray with fireproof or flammable properties to form a closed or semi closed structure in the ladder and tray, and to apply a fire proof coating on the surface of the bridge and its supporting hanger, and the overall fire resistance of the bridge shall meet the national standards or the relevant standards. The standard requirement is that aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places where fire safety requirements are high.

Components must be matched, and the specifications and sizes of various components and support frames should be matched with the line and bend series of the tray, the ladder frame and the staircase.
