In order to lighten the weight, aluminum alloy cable and FRP Bridge can be used. The shape size and load characteristics are almost similar to the steel bridge. Because of the different proportion of aluminum and steel (A1=2.7, Fe=7.86, according to weight, the ratio of aluminum and steel is about 1:3, according to the market price of two materials. "

The cost of the aluminum alloy bridge is 2 times higher than that of the same kind of galvanized steel bridge. The fiberglass cable bridge has the advantages of beautiful, light weight and convenient installation. In recent years, the aluminum alloy bridge has been applied in some projects.

When selecting FRP cable tray, attention should be paid to whether all parts of the bridge meet the requirements of serialization, generalization and standardization.

The FRP cable bridge in the building can be assumed independently and can be attached to a variety of construction (structure) and tube porches. It should be characterized by simple structure, beautiful shape, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance.

All the parts need to be galvanized, the bridge installed outside the building, if it is in the vicinity of the seaside or in the corrosion area, the material must have the characteristics of anticorrosion, moisture resistance, good adhesion and high impact strength.
