Selection of cable tray types and types

Cable bridge as a supporting project of wiring engineering, there is no special norm guidance, the specifications of manufacturers lack of universality, therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and quantity of each system cable appears weak, reasonable selection of applicable bridge.

1. If the cable network needs to be shielded from electrical disturbance or the requirement of protecting the external environment (such as corrosive liquids, inflammable dust and so on), the (FB) groove type composite anticorrosive shielding cable bridge (with cover) should be selected.

2, strong corrosive environment should be selected (F) composite epoxy resin fire retardant and flame retardant cable tray. The bracket and bracket should also use the same data to improve the service life of the bridge and accessories, and the cable bridge. It is advisable to add cover plates in simple dust deposits and other hidden environments or outdoor areas.

3. In addition to the above, tray type, trough type, cascade type, glass anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable bridge or ordinary steel bridge can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. It is advisable to add cover plates in simple dust deposits and other hidden environments or outdoor areas.

4. When crossing a road section in a public passage or field, the bottom of the bottom cascade should be padded or trays should be used in this section. When a large span crosses the public passage, the load of the bridge can be raised or the rack is selected according to the user's requirements.

5, large span (>3m) to choose a composite bridge (FB).

6, the compound epoxy tree refers to the bridge (F).
