Material calculation

(1) Bridge: The total length of each type of standard bridge is calculated separately. In addition to the standard length of the bridge and the number of the bridge, 1% - 2% of the allowance is added.

(2) Pillars: If a uniform standard column is selected, the total length of the bridge can be divided by the uniform distance between the columns, and the number of columns can be obtained, and then 2%-4% surplus can be added. If the standard of column is different, it is necessary to leave calculation.

(3) bracket: the length of the bridge is divided by the uniform distance between the brackets and the additional 1% ~ 2% allowance.

(4) other components: the total number is multiplied by the number of its principal parts (depending on the total plant).

When choosing cable bridge, we must pay attention to the quality of cable bridge, because high quality cable bridge is the basic requirement to ensure the operation of cable bridge. When purchasing, we must pay attention to the following requirements:

1. When purchasing the cable tray, we must make sure that the cable tray supplied by the seller is brand-new, never used, and the cable tray is made of high-quality materials in the manufacturing process, and pay attention to the relevant certificates of qualifications and quality certificates provided by the seller to you.

2. General cable bridge sellers to provide products are one year warranty, if the purchase of bridge products in the use of quality problems, should negotiate with the seller to provide the corresponding compensation, if the need to repair the bridge to negotiate with the seller to repair products can be used for a year after-sales operations!
