Key to selection of trough cable tray

1. When the trough cable bridge and its support and hanger are used in corrosive environment, the corrosion-resistant rigid data should be selected to make, or anti-corrosion treatment should be adopted. The anti-corrosion treatment method should satisfy the requirements of engineering environment and durability.

2. In the section where the fire-proof requirement exists, the cable bridge frame can be closed or semi-closed by adding fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials such as plates and nets into the cable ladder and tray, and by coating the surface of the bridge frame and its supporting suspension frame with fire-proof coating, the fire-proof function of the cable bridge frame should be satisfied with the requirements of relevant national codes or codes. Please.

3. aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places where fire safety requirements are high.

4. The selection of the width and height of the trough cable bridge should meet the requirements of the filling rate. The filling rate in the cable ladder and tray can be 40%-50% for the power cable, 50%-70% for the control cable, and 10%-25% for the project development margin should be reserved.

5. When choosing the load grade of cable bridge, the uniformly distributed load of cable bridge should not be greater than the rated uniformly distributed load of the selected cable bridge load grade. If the practical span of the suspension frame of cable bridge is not equal to 2 m, the uniformly distributed load of the operation should be satisfied.

6. Under the condition of satisfying the corresponding load, the specifications of various components and hangers should match the straight line segment and bending series of pallets, ladders.

7. The minimum allowable bending radius of cables in the cable bridge should not be less than that of the cable in the cable bridge when selecting the bending or leading up and setting down the equipment of the slot cable bridge. 8) The strength, stiffness and stability of steel cable bridges with spans greater than 6 m and aluminum alloy cable bridges with spans greater than 2 m or load-bearing requirements greater than grade D should be calculated or tested according to engineering conditions.
