4 common sense problems in cable bridge maintenance matters needing attention

Cable bridge is a kind of rigid structure system consisting of straight line segment, bending, components and bracket (arm bracket) and suspension frame of tray or ladder, which can be divided into cascade cable bridge, pallet cable bridge, trough cable bridge and long-span cable bridge according to different structure. Shelves and so on. Cable bridge is widely used in modern buildings in the cable erection, for the modern society building initiative, Communication Initiative has made a dedication. Cable bridge in the daily use of the process should pay attention to the following maintenance items.

1. Clean cable bridge only needs to use clean soft cloth to clean the surface dust frequently and quietly. Do not use wet cloth and hard objects to wipe the surface of Shanxi lacquer, mirrors and glass. Do not touch acid, alkaline chemicals and greasy objects with it.

2. cable bridge needs regular maintenance. In general, can be a quarterly key maintenance, with a clean soft cloth scrubbing clean surface dust, with a special polishing wax evenly wipe the surface, a little later in the use of clean soft cloth polishing, moisture-proof. Hardware fittings and metal handles can be wiped and dried with less oil to allow them to roll sensitively and resist rust and oxidation.

3. Cable bridge should be avoided to be placed in high temperature and humid local, but should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, in order to prevent rust, oxidation and other phenomena.

4. during the storage and operation of the cable tray, we should avoid touching with corrosive liquids such as alcohol and nail polish as far as possible, and use clean soft cloth and special maintenance wax in the maintenance and protection process.
