Teach you five strokes, never choose the wrong line bridge.

As a supporting project of wiring project, the bridge of Hui line is lack of specifications and guidance, and the standard type of each manufacturer is lack of universality. In order to reach the customer's satisfaction, we must share experiences, information, promises, policies with customers side by side, so as to develop excellent products in a cooperative relationship.

1. Determine the direction: According to the plan of the building, combined with the air-conditioning pipeline and electrical pipeline settings, convenient repair, as well as the density of cable routes to determine the best route of the junction line bridge, indoors, as far as possible along the building walls, columns, beams and floors erected, if need to use integrated pipe gallery erection, should be in the pipeline One side should be erected in parallel with the upper side, and the branch line of the lead-down box should be considered to prevent the insertion as far as possible. If no other pipe rack is borrowed, the post should be set up by itself.

2. load Accounting: calculate the cable length of the length of the main line of the bridge.

3. remit the flat and section drawings of the transmission line bridge. Some parts should also export the space map and list the data.

4. Determine the installation method: According to the setting conditions of the site to determine the fixing method of the bridge, select suspension, vertical, sidewall or mixed type, connectors and fasteners are generally matching supply, in addition, according to the bridge structure to select the corresponding revision.

5. Determine the width of the bridge: According to the number of discharge cables, cable diameter and cable distance to determine the type of bridge, standard, arm length, the length of the pillar, the width of the bridge and the number of layers.
