Common knowledge of trough cable bridge

The trough cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray. It is suitable for laying control cables of computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other high active systems. This has a good effect on the shielding and disturbing of the control cables and the protection of the cables in the heavily corrosive environment. The shield of the trough cable bridge is supplied with the trough body, and other accessories are common with the cascade and pallet bridge. Next, let us take a look at the common knowledge of trench bridge.

The groove cable bridge is a rigid structure system consisting of straight line section, bending pass, components, arm bracket and suspension frame of ladder. The connection resistance between the end of the bridge should not exceed 0.00032 ohm, and the insulation coating should be removed from the grounding hole. Kaichen trough cable bridge should be coated with fire retardant coating on the surface of the bridge and its support and hanger. All the fire-resistant functions of the trough cable bridge should meet the requirements of relevant national standards or standards. It has a good effect on the shielding and disturbance of operating cables and the protection of cables in corrosive environment. The groove cable bridge concludes that the necessary distance should be maintained between the cables and the electrical equipments such as the motors and power transformers which may be disturbed by high-level electromagnetic disturbance nearby. It is not suitable to lay parallel with the following pipes. When it is impossible to prevent, the position of the cable bridge should comply with the following rules or adopt corresponding protection measures.

Trough cable bridge products can be useful to promote the requirements of engineering and durability, trough metal wire groove with light weight, low cost, convenient installation, good heat dissipation and ventilation can be useful to ensure that our daily progress. It is generally suitable for laying large diameter cables, especially for laying high and low voltage power cables.
