Why choose a fire protection bridge?

Why do more and more people choose fire bridges?

Because of the incompatibility of environment, the function of raw materials is also different. Fire-proof bridge is one of many kinds of bridge. Fire-proof paint bridge is mainly composed of glass fiber reinforced material and inorganic binder composite fire-proof board, metal skeleton composite and other fire-proof substrates. Fire-proof coating is added to the outer layer to prevent the fire-proof bridge from burning after fire, and then to isolate the extension of fire potential. It has extremely outstanding fire-proof and fire-proof effect. It also has fire-proof, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, pollution-free, convenient equipment, reasonable structure, long service life, and beautiful, cable installation in cable bridge, environment. Clean and convenient. The fire retardant coating has the characteristics of thin coating, high fire resistance and strong adhesion.

Fire-proof lacquer bridge has abrasive feeling on its surface. It is generally used in fire-fighting distribution lines, including fire control room, fire pump, fire elevator, smoke-proof fan and automatic fire alarm system. Fire-proof cables are optional for other distribution lines besides automatic fire alarm system, instead of fire-proof bridge. Fire-proof bridge is mainly composed of glass fiber reinforced material and inorganic binder composite fire-proof board, metal skeleton composite and other fire-proof substrates.

Fire-proof bridge is suitable for laying power cables below 10KV, control cables, lighting wiring and other indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnels. Fire-proof bridge with frosted surface is generally used in fire-fighting equipment distribution lines, including fire control room, fire pump, fire elevator, smoke-proof fan and automatic fire alarm system. In addition to automatic fire alarm system, other distribution lines can choose fire-proof cable instead of fire-proof bridge. Fire-proof bridge is mainly composed of glass fiber reinforced material and inorganic binder composite fire-proof board, metal skeleton composite and other fire-proof substrates. The fire resisting bridge in the underground garage requires more than 1h fire time.

The fire bridge is sprayed with a layer of fire retardant paint on the surface of the general bridge to achieve the effect of fire prevention and flame retardancy. Actually, the bridge itself will not catch fire. The fire-retardant principle of fire-retardant bridge can only be cable. The thickness of fire-retardant bridge can be measured by thickness gauge according to table 10 of JB/T 10216-2000 "Electric Control and Distribution Cable Bridge Frame". Electroplating is more than 12 micron, hot-plating is more than 65 micron, spraying is more than 50 micron, fire-retardant is more than 500 micron. Test it out.

The lubrication in the groove is flat and no sharp bump. After forming, the section shape is uniform, no bending, twisting, cracks, edges and other shortcomings. The fireproof board is made of silica and calcium materials, mixed with a certain proportion of fiber materials, lightweight aggregates, adhesives and chemical additives, and made by advanced autoclaving skills. Fire retardant coating is a kind of high effective steel structure maintenance product. It is made of high polymer synthetic resin as film forming material, flame retardant, foaming agent, carbonizing agent and high temperature refractory material. Under high temperature conditions, the coating foams and expands continuously, forming a flexible spongy carbonized insulating layer, so that the bearing steel structure will not be softened and deformed sharply due to the effect of high temperature flame, and the strength will not decrease sharply. The surface fire retardant coating is uniform, smooth and without obvious color difference.

Fire protection board or fire retardant coating is added to the inner layer, and ensure that the fireproof board is firmly fixed with the bridge.
