Feature introduction of cable tray

Features: High mechanical strength, it has both rigidity of metal bridge and toughness of FRP bridge, good corrosion resistance, anti-aging function, beautiful appearance, convenient installation and long service life. Epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable bridge are suitable for use in strong corrosive environment, long span and heavy load conditions.

The formulation of epoxy resin and epoxy composite cable bridge types is structured from:

1, trough type (C) 2, cascade type (T) 3, pallet type (P)

Selection of epoxy resin and epoxy composite cable tray standards:

The cable filling rate does not exceed the standard specified value, the power cable is 40-50%, and the control cable is 50-70%. In addition, it is necessary to reserve the allowance for the construction of 10-25%, and the selection of the cross sectional area of the bridge is shown in the table below. All kinds of bending and attachments should conform to the engineering layout conditions and match with the bridge frame.

In addition to its own weight, the cable tray should also include the mechanical loads of the wires and cables it can accept, and the uniform load of the operation should not be greater than the rated uniform load of the selected load grade. When accepting rated uniform load, the relative deflection of cable bridge should not be greater than 1/200 of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite type.

Pallet cable bridge can be equipped with protective shield. When required, it can be indicated when ordering. All its accessories are common with cascade and trough bridge.

The shield of the trough cable bridge is supplied with the trough body. Other accessories are common with cascade and tray bridge. If users want standard of other types of trough cable bridge, they can send a letter or face to order.

Long-span cable bridges are equipped with cover plates, which are specified when ordering or ordered according to the type of cover plates.
