What are the key points of grounding of cable bridge?

The 1. systems should have reliable electrical connection and grounding (only metal bridge).

2. when it is agreed to use the bridge system to form the grounding trunk circuit, it should meet the following requirements. The resistance between the ends of the bridge should not be greater than 0.00033 ohms, and the insulating holes should be removed from the grounding holes. In the neutral point direct grounding system below 1KV, the grounding of the receiving equipment is connected with the neutral line grounding of the system. When the power supply is cut off, the cross section area of the length of the bridge should not be less than the specified value.

3. When laying another grounding trunk along the full length of the bridge, each section (including non-linear section) of the bridge should have at least one point firmly connected with the grounding trunk.

4. for oscillating sites, equipment springs should be installed at the junction of grounding parts.

Device use

There are mainly several kinds of cable bridge bracket devices: along the roof device, along the wall horizontal and vertical device, along the shaft device, along the ground device, along the cable trench and pipeline bracket device. The support used for the device can be selected by products or self control. The fixing method of the bracket is mainly on the embedded iron parts, the expansion bolt fixing and so on.

Where there are cables, there are bridges. Bridges are widely used in all walks of life. Most of them are used in data centers, offices, Internet service providers, hospitals, campuses/universities, airports and factories, especially in data centers and IT computer room shopping malls.

Developing trend

Society is improving and products are upgrading. Bridge products also have greater room for development. Energy-saving and environmental protection are the mainstream of all walks of life at present. If we can produce energy-saving, beautiful, convenient and fashionable bridge products, innovative and efficient data cable management system, and provide maximum safety maintenance for all kinds of cable and installation personnel, it is the most important.
