Four Requirements for Rigidity of Jinan Cable Bridge Frame

Jinan cable bridge is comparatively rare in our life. It can be divided into trough type, tray type, ladder type, grid type and other structures. It is composed of brackets, brackets and accessories. It has the characteristics of complex structure, beautiful appearance, sensitive configuration and convenient maintenance. What is the stiffness requirement of cable bridge? Next, the middle way will take you to understand.

1. The technical quality of hot dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment of Jinan cable bridge should conform to the rules.

2. The load-bearing degree of cable bridge should be checked according to the requirement of load experiment, so that the difference between load and safety factor is not smaller than the additional uniform load when the rigid beginning of cable bridge becomes permanent deformation.

3. Supports and hangers of various types of cable bridges should be able to accept the additional uniform load and self-weight of the corresponding specifications and layers of pallets and ladders.

4. Connecting plate, connecting bolt and other mechanical accessories should conform to the structural strength of the body such as pallet, ladder and bracket, and the absolute deflection of raw pallet and ladder should not be greater than 1/200 when accepting additional uniform load.

5. The ratio of the larger deflection of the suspension bracket of Jinan cable bridge with the same side wall to the length of the bracket should not be greater than 1/100 when accepting the additional load of the tray and ladder.

6. The factory should have curves or data tables of the relationship between the different spans of pallets of various types and specifications and the allowable uniform loads, and the absolute deflection of pallets and ladders should not be less than 2% when accepting additional uniform loads.

In addition, the anti-corrosion treatment of Jinan cable bridge, such as galvanized nickel and gold, must stop the experiment and get the result of verification before it can stop using, but also have clear technical objectives and detection methods.
