Where is the cable bridge suitable for?

1. Cable bridge is suitable for laying power cables and control cables indoors and outdoors in general industrial and mining enterprises, and also for laying indoors and outdoors in telecommunications, broadcasting and television departments.

2. Choosing the cable bridge frame according to the cable load and the environment of the bridge device, and based on the load curve of the cable bridge frame, the types and specifications of the cable bridge frame and the spacing of the columns, the length of the brackets, the layers of the cable bridge frame and the length of the columns are determined.

3. When the cable bridge is fixed by hanging type and the bracket is a single-sided multi-layer device, in order to balance the force of the vertical injection, the load mode of the corresponding material should be selected and the cable bridge should be laid.

4. For long-span cable laying, long-span cable bridge can be selected.

Protective covers should be selected for cable bridge traversing areas susceptible to external mechanical damage and sunshine. When cable groove or truss ladder need to change branches, all kinds of bend-through connection can be used.

5. The support spacing of cable bridge should be less than the allowable support spacing. Width should be reserved for the current addition of cables.

6. The anticorrosive measures of cable bridge are: plastic spraying, galvanizing passivation, galvanizing (suitable for light anticorrosive areas), hot dipping galvanizing, hot spraying galvanizing for heavy anticorrosive areas, galvanizing nickel alloy, etc. Hot-dip galvanized cable bridge material thickness needs to add more than 0.5mm.
