Discussion on Key Technological Achievements and Responding Measures of Cable Bridge Frame Device

There are many kinds of bridge frames, such as steel, fiberglass reinforced plastics, aluminium bridge frames and so on. According to style, there are trough type, porous pallet, non-porous pallet, assembled pallet, ladder and so on. According to appearance, there are spraying plastic, spraying paint, hot-dip galvanizing, hot-spraying galvanizing and so on. There is no compensatory measure at the over-long or over-deformed straight section of cable bridge. The length of straight section of cable bridge exceeds the requirement, and there is no compensatory installation of expansion plate (section, etc.). The cable bridge is installed without compensation when it crosses the deformed joint. Harm, the straight line section of the bridge exceeds the allowable length, does not install expansion plate and other compensation installation according to the construction technology requirements, when the temperature changes, the shrinkage of the building is larger than the shrinkage of the bridge, which can form the bridge deformation; when crossing the deformation joints of the building, the expansion plate (such as section compensation installation) is not set according to the construction technology requirements, when the building occurs expansion and settlement changes, it can form the bridge deformation, affecting the electricity. Quality of cable line.

Cable bridge has many advantages, such as compact structure, large carrying capacity, complex equipment, convenient maintenance, safe and reliable, which are suitable for the construction of electrical power fragmentation requirements. Nowadays, cable bridge has been more and more used in electrical power fragmentation. In this paper, the technological process and requirements of cable bridge erection are discussed.
