Cautions for Cable Bridge Frame Selection

1. The selection of cable bridge should follow the following points:

1. The layout of cable tray should be based on the comprehensive comparison of economic susceptibility, technical feasibility and operational safety, etc. in engineering design. In order to determine the best scheme, we must fully meet the requirements of construction, installation, maintenance and repair and cable laying.

2. Except for laying in the electrical public room, the degree of cable bridge is laid in the equipment sandwich or on the pedestrian road and below 2.5m should be taken to maintain the grounding. The height of cable bridge deck laying in the air is not less than 2.5 m when it is laid vertically and less than 1.8 m when it is laid vertically. The metal cover should be maintained in the part below 1.8 m when the cable bridge is laid vertically.

3. Corrosion-resistant rigid materials shall be used for manufacturing or corrosion-resistant disposal. Cable bridges, grooves and their hangers shall be used in corrosive environments. Anti-corrosion disposal methods should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability. Aluminum alloy cable bridge should be selected for places requiring high corrosion resistance or clean performance.

4. It can be used in cable tray and cable tray in the section with fire protection requirements. The tray is equipped with fire-resistant or non-flammable panels, nets and other materials to form a blockade or semi-blockade structure, and fire-resistant coatings are applied on the surface of the bridge and its support and suspension. All fire-resistant functions shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards or codes. Aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places with high fire protection requirements.

5. Cable lines that need to shield from electromagnetic disturbance. Or there are protective internal shadows such as outdoor sunshine. For corrosive liquids, flammable dust and other environmental requirements, tray-type cable bridge without holes should be selected.

6. Cover plate should be selected for cable tray, public passage or outdoor crossing section. Padding plate or holeless tray should be added on bottom tray, where dust can easily accumulate.
