What is the difference between trough bridge and tray cable bridge?

Cable bridge is composed of straight line segment of pallet, bending, components, bracket (arm bracket), suspension frame and so on. It is the full name of rigid structure fragments with closely connected supporting cables.

The tray cable bridge has the advantages of light weight, large load, beautiful appearance, complex structure and convenient installation. It is not only suitable for power cable devices, but also for laying control cables. The appearance disposal of tray type cable bridge can be divided into plating and spraying, which can be specially anti-corrosion disposal in severe corrosive environment. The tray type cable bridge is equipped with protective cover. All accessories are common to tray type and trough type bridge.

According to the structure, tray cable bridge can be divided into perforated tray, non-perforated tray and assembled tray.

(1) The perforated tray is a groove-shaped part consisting of a bottom plate and a side plate with holes, or a part made of a whole steel plate after punching and bending.

(2) Holeless pallet is a groove component made of bottom plate and side or whole steel plate.

(3) The assembled pallet is a part of a pallet which is connected by bolts or sockets of holed parts suitable for arbitrary combination on the engineering site.

They are all used for laying cables. When high voltage cables and control cables share the same tray or ladder, the ladder or tray with diaphragm at both ends should be selected.

1. Is trough type cable bridge and tray type cable bridge without holes the same product?

2. Can power cables be laid on trough-type cable bridge and tray-type cable bridge without holes?

Power cable can be laid on trough-type through cable bridge and tray-type cable bridge without holes, but the section and structure are different.

The blocked groove box, uncovered tray and ladder are all cable bridges. The three kinds of bridges have different structures and functions. For example, the groove type is the best and the ladder type is the worst, but the ventilation cooling is the opposite.

The difference between trough bridge and tray cable bridge (application)

Trough cable bridge sorties are used to lay small but large numbers of wires and cables. Pallet-type cable bridge sorties are used to lay power cables with large cross-section and small number.

The trough type bridge is most suitable for laying design computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and high sensitive piecemeal control cables of the trough type bridge.

Pallet type bridge is the most widely used one in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, television, telecommunications, etc.

The trough type bridge is widely used in common instruments, and the electric bridge is commonly used in ladder type bridge and tray type bridge. Among them, power cables usually use only ladder type bridge. Tray bridge is usually used for laying control cables. Secondly, according to the heat dissipation function of the cable.

Difference between trough-type bridge and tray-type cable bridge (shape)

Trough cable bridge is a completely blocked cable bridge. The tray bridge generally refers to the trough bridge with holes. Because of the opening of the heat sink, the thickness of the tray bridge plate is thicker.

The Difference between Trough Bridge and Pallet Cable Bridge (Function)

The trough bridge is fully blocked at 360 degrees. Its secondary function is shielding disturbance and anti-corrosion. It has good effect on controlling cable shielding disturbance and protecting cable in heavily corroded environment.

The appearance disposal of pallet bridge can be divided into galvanizing, electrostatic spraying and hot galvanizing according to the user's needs. It can be used for special anti-corrosion disposal in the heavily corroded environment.

There are many waist-shaped holes at the bottom of the tray bridge to facilitate heat dissipation.
