Pallet cable bridge is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, television, telecommunications and other fields. It has the advantages of light weight, large load, beautiful shape, simple structure and convenient installation. It is not only suitable for the installation of power cable, but also suitable for the laying of control cable. Next, our cable bridge manufacturers will introduce to you the main points of tray cable bridge selection, hoping to help you all! ____________

1. When choosing the load grade of the cable bridge, the working uniform load of the cable bridge should not be greater than the rated uniform load of the load grade of the selected cable bridge. If the actual span of the suspension of the cable bridge is not equal to 2 m, the working uniform load should meet the requirements.

2. Aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places with high fire protection requirements.

3. Cable bridges, grooves and their support and hangers should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials in corrosive environments or be treated with corrosion protection, which should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.

4. The selection of cable ladder, tray width and height should meet the requirement of filling rate. In general, the filling rate in cable ladder and tray can be 40%-50% for power cable, 50%-70% for control cable, and 10%-25% for engineering development margin should be reserved.

5. The specifications and sizes of various components and supports and hangers should be matched with the straight sections of pallets, ladders and bending-through series under the conditions of meeting the corresponding loads.

6. In the section with fire protection requirements, the cable bridge can be enclosed or semi-enclosed by adding fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials such as boards and nets to the cable ladder and tray. Measures such as coating fire-resistant coatings on the surface of the bridge and its support and hanger should be taken. The overall fire resistance of the cable bridge should meet the requirements of relevant national standards or standards.

7. The minimum allowable bending radius should not be less than the minimum allowable bending radius of the cables in the cable bridge when choosing the bending or pulling-up and pulling-down devices of the cable bridge.

8. When several groups of cable bridges are laid parallel at the same height, the maintenance and repair distances between adjacent cable bridges should be considered.

9. Strength, stiffness and stability of steel cable bridge with span greater than 6 m and aluminium alloy cable bridge with span greater than 2 m or bearing requirement greater than load grade D should be calculated or tested according to engineering conditions.
