The application of cable bridge in our country is only more than ten years, and it is only decades in the prosperous countries of Europe and America. In a computer room project, compared with expensive and high-tech hardware and software, the bridge is not obvious and seldom paid attention to, but it is also an indispensable part of the whole wiring project. However, Shandong Cable Bridge Company reminds you that as a supporting project of wiring engineering, there is no specific standard guidance at present, and the specifications and procedures of various consumer manufacturers lack generality. Therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and number of weak current cables in each system, and the appropriate bridge should be selected reasonably.

Selection of Cable Bridge Frame Types and Types

1. When a cable network with shielded electrical interference or a request for protection from external environment (such as corrosive liquid rest, combustible dust, etc.) is required, the (FB) groove type composite anti-corrosive shielded cable bridge (with cover) should be selected.

2. The (F) type composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable bridge should be used in the corrosive environment. Brackets and brackets should also use the same information to improve the service life of bridge and accessories and cable bridge. Covering board should be added to the environment or outdoor places which are easy to accumulate dust and need to be covered.

3. In addition to the above conditions, tray-type, trough-type, cascade-type, glass anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable bridge or steel ordinary bridge can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. Covering board should be added to the environment or outdoor places which are easy to accumulate dust and need to be covered.

4. In the public passage or outdoor crossing road section, the bottom of the bottom step should be padded or pallets should be used in this section. When a long span crosses a public passage, the load of the bridge can be improved or the traveling frame can be selected according to the user's request.

5. Composite bridge (FB) should be selected for long span (>3m).

6. Composite epoxy tree finger bridge (F) should be used outdoors.

II. Selection of Cable Bridge Frame Specifications

1. The width and height of composite epoxy resin cable bridge should be selected according to the table below. The true charge ratio of the cable should not exceed the rule values of relevant specifications. The power cable can be 40-50%, the control cable can be 50-70%, and the remaining 10-25% of the formula should be allowed.

2. All kinds of bending and accessory specifications should conform to the engineering layout conditions and be matched with the bridge.

3. The selection of support and hanger specifications should be based on the bridge specifications, layers, spans and other conditions. It should also satisfy the requirements of the load.

3. Configuration of Support and Suspension of Cable Bridge Frame

1. Short spans of indoor branches and suspensions are usually 1.5-3 m, while those of outdoor columns are 6 m.

2. When the width of the bridge is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger should be set at the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the separation of the non-straight section and the straight line; when the width of the bridge is more than 300 mm, a support and hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section, in addition to the following conditions.

3. The center distance between layers is 200,250,300,350 mm when the multi-layers of the pull-extruded FRP cable bridge are set up.

4. The expansion joint should be 20-30 mm (metal bridge) for the straight section of the bridge every 50 m.
