Cable bridge is almost everywhere, the wiring above the construction site will be used, the length of the routine is 2 meters long. We can see these things when we look up in the underground parking lot, where the wires and cables are placed. In engineering construction, there are many wires and cables to be pulled from one place to another, then the cable bridge will be used at this time.

Cable bridge is used for laying cables. The general specification is 200 mm wide * 100 mm high or above, which is called bridge. The raw materials are galvanized steel. The surface of the steel is coated with zinc to make a simple anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment. But this kind of galvanizing will turn white soon when it meets water, and rust when it meets water for a long time, so it's important to remember that it can't be used outdoors for indoor use. For outdoor use, the cable bridge frame should be removed for a hot dip galvanizing (hot dip galvanizing) surface treatment, that is, to buy "hot dip galvanizing cable bridge", galvanized layer to reach 67 um or more. Or it can be replaced by stainless steel cable tray and aluminum alloy cable tray. Cable bridge can also be sprayed on the surface, spraying has a certain waterproof and anti-corrosion ability, can also be sprayed in various colors, more beautiful.

The first step of cable bridge installation is to put the ends of two cable grooves on the opposite end and put them together. Hold the screw and connector. Take care to wear gloves.

Step 2: Align the connecting piece to the hole on the groove. The small size groove has only one row of holes. The installation is very simple. I'll show you by hand that when you install it, you should wear gloves to avoid scratches.

Installation step 3: Put the screw in the hole and screw it up, tighten it a little. Use a wrench!

Here we need to pay attention to: the screw must be installed from inside to outside, not from outside to inside. If installed from outside to inside, the cable will be damaged and worn when crossing the cable.

Well, it's that simple. It's usually mounted on the ceiling and hung up. Attention should be paid to preventive measures in air installation, safety first.

Cautions for Installation of Cable Bridge Frame

1. The orientation of cable bridge erection should be determined firstly. The orientation should be considered from building layout, electrical pipeline, air conditioning pipeline and easy maintenance. And try to erect along building walls, beams, columns and other objects.

2. Cable bridge should bear cable, so the weight of cable should be taken into account in the design to see if the cable bridge can bear this weight, and the installation of the bracket should also be designed according to the load.

3. The width of the bridge should be able to put all the cables in it, so the width should be considered comprehensively from the cable diameter, the number of cables, the distance between cables and other data.

4. Design the installation mode of cable bridge according to the installation site. Installation methods include suspension type, side wall type, vertical type and hybrid type, which method is the most suitable can be installed with which method, there is no uniform regulation.
