The application of cable bridge in our country has only been more than ten years, and in developed countries in Europe and America, it is only a few decades. In a computer room project, compared with expensive and high-tech hardware and software, the bridge is not obvious and seldom paid attention to, but it is also an indispensable part of the whole wiring project. The following is introduced to you by Jinan Cable Bridge Company: the selection principle of cable bridge, I hope to be helpful to you all!

Selection of Types and Varieties of Cable Bridge Frames

1. When cable networks need to shield from electrical interference or the requirements of protecting the external environment (such as corrosive liquid rest, flammable dust, etc.), the (FB) groove type composite anti-corrosion shielded cable bridge (with cover) strong corrosive environment should be selected, and the (F) type composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable bridge should be adopted. Brackets and brackets should also use the same materials to improve the service life of the bridge and accessories, and cable bridge. Covering board should be added to the environment or outdoor places where dust is easily accumulated and other areas need to be covered.

2. In the public passage or outdoor crossing section, the bottom of the bottom step should be padded or pallets should be used in this section.

3. Composite epoxy tree finger bridge (F) should be used outdoors.

4. Composite bridge (FB) should be selected for long span (>3m).

5. In addition to the above, tray type, trough type, cascade type, glass anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable bridge or steel ordinary bridge can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. Covering board should be added to the environment or outdoor places where dust is easily accumulated and other areas need to be covered.

6. When crossing a public passage with a long span, the load capacity of the bridge frame can be improved or the traveling frame can be selected according to the user's requirements.

II. Specification Selection

1. All kinds of bending and accessory specifications shall conform to the engineering layout conditions and be matched with the bridge.

2. The width and height of the bridge shall be selected according to the table below, and the true charge ratio of the cable shall not exceed the stipulated value of the relevant standards and specifications. The power cable shall be 40-50%, the control cable shall be 50-70%, and the remaining 10-25% of the formula development shall be allowed.

3. The selection of support and hanger specifications should be based on the bridge specifications, layers, spans and other conditions. And it should meet the requirements of load.

4. Selection of the cross-section area of the bridge can be seen in the rated current value or setting value of the maximum automatic over-current protection for any line in the cable network on the bridge. (A) Allowable minimum value of the cross-section of the bridge (mm2) 0-60 12961-100 258101-200 452201-400 645401-600 968

3. Configuration of brackets and hangers

1. Short span of indoor branch and suspension is generally 1.5-3 M. The span of outdoor column is usually 6 m.

2. The support and hanger configuration of non-linear section follows the following principles. When the width of the bridge is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger should be set on the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the joint of the non-linear section and the straight line. When the width of the bridge is more than 300 mm, in addition to meeting the following conditions, there should be an additional support and hanger in the middle of the non-linear section.

3. The center distance between layers is 200,250,300,350 mm when multi-layers of cable bridge are set up.

4. The expansion joint should be 20-30 mm (metal bridge) for the straight section of the bridge every 50 m.
