Difference between cable tray and line slot

Cable bridge frame is composed of brackets, brackets and accessories. The bridge frame in the building can be erected independently or attached to various buildings and pipeline Gallery brackets. It should be simple in structure and beautiful in shape. The equipment is sensitive and convenient to repair. All parts need galvanizing treatment. It is installed on the bridge frame outside the building in the open air. Now let's talk about the characteristics of the roller of the cable tray equipment.

1. The trajectory arc is the center part of the sliding track, and the arc position after the first several passes of pressing should be controlled and maintained by upper and lower rollers or crosswheels when the vertical edge is folded in the back passes.

2. The arc position of cable bridge equipment data will change in the process of stretching, R will become triangle, steel beads will not be exactly, noise will occur when two touches occur, and when R becomes larger, the cooperative rail will sway, the track is ambiguous when the sliding rail is used, the force is uneven, the sliding rail will deform and the life will be shortened.

3. uniform force criterion for all passes, uniform force and wear balance for all rollers, extending roll life.

4. Accuracy of roller processing is the key. For this reason, special tools are specially manufactured under projection equipment, which is expanded by 20 times for testing.

5. The thickness of the wall is different; the thickness of the metal groove is generally smaller than that of the cable bridge, so the groove is generally not used as the grounding line PE, but the small-scale groove. The wall thickness of the bridge is similar, and the strength and bearing capacity of the cable bridge are much better than that of the cable groove.

6. type is different; the type of cable tray is also more than that of wire slot, and the line slot is often covered with cover.

7. anticorrosive measures are different; the cable tray is often the most zinc plating, and the groove is often painted.

8. Anti-corrosion objectives are different. Fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) bridges are used to prevent serious corrosion, while plastic grooves are used to cope with serious corrosion.
