Common knowledge of trough cable bridge

The trough cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray. It is suitable for laying control cables of computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other high active network systems. This has a good effect on the shielding and disturbing of the control cables and the protection of the cables in the heavily corrosive environment. The shield of the trough cable bridge is supplied with the trough body. Other accessories are common with cascade and tray bridge. Next, let's take a look at the common knowledge of the trough bridge.

Trough-type cable bridge is a rigid structure system consisting of straight section, bending, component, arm bracket, suspension frame and so on. The connecting resistance between the ends of the bridge should be no more than 0.00032 ohms, and the insulating coating should be removed from the grounding holes. The groove cable bridge should be coated with fire-proof coating on the surface of the bridge and its support and suspension. Its fire-proof function should satisfy the requirements of the relevant national codes or codes. It has a good effect on the protection of cables in the shielding disturbance and heavy corrosive environment of operating cables. The trough cable tray concludes that the necessary distance should be maintained between the cables and the electrical equipments such as motors and power transformers which may cause high-level electromagnetic disturbance. It should not be laid parallel to the following pipelines. When it is impossible to prevent, the orientation of the cable tray should conform to the following rules or adopt corresponding protective measures.

Trough-type cable bridge products can be useful to promote the requirements of Engineering circularity and durability. Trough-type metal trough has the advantages of light weight, low cost, convenient installation, good heat dissipation and ventilation, etc. It can be useful to ensure our daily progress. It is generally suitable for laying large diameter cables, especially for laying high and low voltage power cables.
